We publish our numbers. Almost nobody does.

Cost transparency is the single most requested thing on a services website and the thing agencies most reliably withhold. Of the ten studios worth comparing us to, not one publishes a price.

Architecture review

€4,500

Two weeks, fixed

A senior architect, about a week of concentrated effort spread across two. You get a system diagram, a risk register and costed options. Yours to take anywhere, including to another firm.

  • System diagram
  • Risk register
  • Two or three costed options
  • A ninety minute walkthrough
4 to 6 weeks

Discovery and prototype

€22 to 38k

Fixed scope, fixed price

Research, flows, a clickable prototype and a build estimate you can take to a board. The range depends on how many user types the system has to serve, which is the variable that actually moves the cost.

  • User research and synthesis
  • Resolved flows against real data
  • Clickable prototype
  • Design tokens
  • Build estimate with assumptions
3 to 6 months

Product build

from €90k

Fixed or time and materials

Design through production release, with the runbook and the handover inside the scope rather than quoted separately afterwards. The floor assumes a small team; a larger one costs more and finishes sooner.

  • Everything in discovery
  • Production release
  • CI and deployment pipeline
  • Runbook and handover
  • Load and security testing
Monthly

Embedded pod

from €20k

Thirty days notice, both ways

A standing cross-functional team inside your process, attending your standups and working in your repositories. Priced per month rather than per hour, because counting hours changes what people build.

  • Two or more people, cross-functional
  • In your tools and your process
  • On your on-call rotation if you want
  • Thirty days notice either direction

These are starting points, not quotes

Every figure on this page can move once we understand what you actually need. Scope, integrations, compliance obligations, the state of the system we are joining and how many people have to sign off all change the number, sometimes by a lot. A quote replaces these figures and is what we hold ourselves to.

What moves a price upward: regulated environments and audit obligations, integrations with systems nobody currently maintains, data migration where the source is undocumented, more than about five user types, and hard external deadlines.

What moves it downward: a clear brief, one decision maker, a green field, and a willingness to launch narrow and widen afterwards.

What never changes it: us discovering the work is harder than we estimated. That is our risk on fixed price engagements, which is most of them. Where scope genuinely cannot be fixed we say so and bill time and materials, and we tell you which one you are looking at before you ask.

Shown in the currency we would invoice you in, taken from your device timezone and switchable above. The three are list prices for three markets rather than one number run through an exchange rate, so they will not match if you convert them. Rates in the United States run well above European ones and Indian ones run below, and we would rather show you that than hide it. We invoice in euros, dollars or rupees.
